Challenge: Open rate is poor from past performing emails. Looking for customers to interact and click through for more information.
Action: Get the information they need right away followed by a CTA in order to keep the customer’s attention while not adding anything else to muddy up the message.
Impact: Gained new customers daily. Personalization and consistency built trust over 6 months.

Challenge: Develop a seamless and intuitive interaction that allows customers to easily access and watch their favorite shows without any interruptions or complications.
Action: Build something familiar to customers, making small changes gradually so users can easily adjust to the interface.

Challenge: Catch customers' interest so they want to learn more or call. Direct mail is hard, so to build trust, I had to find something in common with potential customers.
Action: Make new customers aware of other options they might not know about.
