I am a creative professional with over 25 years of expertise in user experience, brand development, and digital execution. Currently, I lead a team of over 15 product designers at T-Mobile's Digital eCommerce POD, navigating a range of challenges including strategy, tight timelines and shifting project scopes.

My leadership prioritizes team well-being and mental health, while I maintain a strong focus on data-driven user experiences and customer satisfaction. I am committed to simplifying complexity and ensuring users remain at the center of our work. My approach is characterized by effective communication, adaptability, collaboration, and resilience, all aimed at delivering value to our organization.
